1. Earning of Royal Orchid Plus miles is only applicable to Royal Orchid Plus members.
2. Earning of Royal Orchid Plus miles is only applicable when you exchange CentaraThe1 Points for Royal Orchid Plus miles via the CentaraThe1 rewards platform at https://centara1card.com/partner
3. Members must provide their valid Royal Orchid Plus membership number to Centara when exchanging CentaraThe1 points to miles. No miles will be credited if an invalid membership number is provided.
4. 5,000 CentaraThe1 points can be converted to 600 Royal Orchid Plus miles.
5. Miles will be credited within 7 working days from the request of the exchange of CentaraThe1 Points to Royal Orchid Plus miles.
6. Earning Royal Orchid Plus miles will not be applicable to hotel and resort bookings
7. To transfer CentaraThe1 Points from your CentaraThe1 Card member account to your Royal Orchid Plus membership account:
   - Log in to CentaraThe1.com
   - Click on “Transfer my Points” under the “My profile” section
   - In the “Company box”, please select “Thai Airways”
   - In the “Transfer to” box, please fill in your membership number
   - In the “Point to transfer" box, please fill in the amount of CentaraThe1 points you wish to transfer
   - Click “Transfer”
   - Please review and click “Confirm”
8. Once a request to transfer CentaraThe1 Points to Royal Orchid Plus Miles is submitted, it cannot be canceled, and the CentaraThe1 Points cannot be returned to your account.
9. Once CentaraThe1 Points are transferred, they are subject to Royal Orchid Plus terms and conditions.
10. Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
