Terms & Conditions

1. Please make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance of the service date via LINE OA: @avisthailand

2. The company will confirm the reservation after receiving the payment.

3. The above rental rate provides pick-up and drop-off services between the origin and the destination without detours or stops along the way. In the case of adding pick-up and drop-off points along the way, there will be an additional charge of 400 baht per point (if any).

4. The above service rate includes the car fee, 7% VAT, driver, fuel, parking and expressway tolls. The rate is per vehicle (applicable within BKK Zone A-B). For Zone C, a surcharge of 300 baht per trip applies for one-way service (click here for details). For round-trip service, the zone C surcharge is waived.

5. In the case of pick-up at the airport on a one-way basis, the waiting time is 90 minutes from the appointment time. In the case of pick-up outside the airport on a one-way basis, the waiting time is 30 minutes from the appointment time. Add hour THB 700 is free of charge.

6. In the case of using the service beyond and/or beyond what has been notified to the company, the company reserves the right to charge additional service fees.

7. For changes or cancellations, please inform at least 24 hours in advance. If the customer does not show up at the scheduled time, it will be considered a "No Show" and the service will be canceled without compensation.

8. All terms and conditions are as specified by AVIS Rent A Car and the company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

9. The company is responsible for reservation only. If there are any damages, injuries and/or opportunity costs, the responsibility will be followed by the Legislation Act. The customer cannot claim the company for any expenses, but must claim from service provider directly.
