• Royal Orchid Plus mile earning is only applicable to Royal Orchid Plus members.
• Royal Orchid Plus mile earning is only applicable when CARAT are exchanged converted via powerpass.kingpower.com only.
• POWER PASS members must provide their valid Royal Orchid Plus membership number to the staff when exchanging CARAT to miles. No miles will be credited If an invalid number is provided.
• Royal Orchid Plus miles will be credited within 14 working days after successful CARAT exchange date.
• Once CARAT have been exchanged to Royal Orchid Plus miles, the transaction can’t be cancelled or reversed.
• Once credited, miles are subject to Royal Orchid Plus programme terms and conditions.
• Conversion rate valid from 1 October 2025 to 31 October 2025. Redemption available during this period only.
• Conversion rate valid from 1 November 2025 to 30 September 2027. Redemption available from 1 November 2025 to 1 September 2027.
• No limit on the number of CARAT exchanges during the campaign period.
• Royal Orchid Plus miles exchanged in this campaign are valid for 3 years from the date they’re credited.
• This offer can’t be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• If a promo code is redeemed but not used, for any reason, the Company reserves the right not to offer compensation.
