Hokkien Stir-Fried Chicken Noodles – Krua Jongjit

“Krua Jongjit”, a Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant renowned for authentic local cuisine from Phuket, presents its signature Hokkien Chicken Noodles stir-fried with the restaurant's special stock recipe, delivering rich, intense flavors with an aromatic wok fragrance. THAI’s passengers can experience the unique taste of authentic Southern Thai cuisine that is difficult to find nowadays.

This exclusive menu is available on THAI's outbound flights in July and November.

Pad Thai Thipsamai

Pad Thai Thipsamai

“Pad Thai Thipsamai” represents the original Pad Thai of Thailand, creating legends since 1939. As the first restaurant to create Pad Thai Sen-Chan with shrimp oil and prawns wrapped in egg, Thipsamai's distinctive taste and quality have made it world-famous to this day.

Chicken Pad Thai is served on outbound flights in January, May, and September, while Shrimp Pad Thai is served on inbound flights in March, July, and November.

Choo-Chee Fish Curry – Chef Tukta, Baan Yeesarn

This traditional Thai restaurant has been operating for over 18 years under Chef Tukta, an Iron Chef and former royal palace chef. The Choo-Chee curry dish reflects a culinary heritage passed down through generations, featuring fresh, tender fish simmered in rich Choo-Chee curry fragrant with fresh coconut milk and house-made curry paste. The perfectly balanced flavors embody the essence of authentic Thai cuisine.

The Choo-Chee Fish Curry from Baan Yeesarn is available on THAI's outbound flights in April, August, and December.

Stir-Fried Seafood Noodles – Jay Fai

“Jay Fai”, Thailand's acclaimed street food chef recognized with a Michelin Star, presents "Drunken Noodles with Fried Fish" with bold flavors and firm fish meat, and "Stir-Fried Seafood Noodles" served with Jay Fai's secret Sri Racha chili sauce, adding depth of flavor and textural variety. These menus are also part of the "Chef Cares" project, where acclaimed chefs from across Thailand collaborate to create high-quality meals, donating a portion of proceeds to support medical professionals, underprivileged youth and the elderly in underserved communities.

"Drunken Noodles with Fried Fish" is available on inbound flights in February, June, and October, while "Stir-Fried Seafood Noodles" is available on inbound flights in April, August, and December.

Kanvela Chocolate Bon Bon 4 New Flavors

KANVELA craft chocolate presents 4 new chocolate Bon Bon flavors inspired by popular Thai desserts and Thai agricultural ingredients including Mango Sticky Rice, Soft Mung Bean Crepe, Coconut Pandan Custard, and Macadamia Nuts and Coffee, featuring macadamia nuts and coffee beans from the Doi Tung Development Project, which promotes sustainability in local communities. Each bonbon is meticulously crafted using French techniques while perfectly integrating Thai essence, exclusively available for THAI Royal First passengers.

Ohkajhu Snacks

Snack menu from "Ohkajhu," a highly popular Thai health-concious brand in Thailand, featuring 4 special wrap varieties: Caesar Chicken with Boiled Egg, Teriyaki Sesame Chicken, Sri Racha Mayo Chicken, and BBQ Honey Mustard Chicken. All menus are made using special purple flour made from beetroot and purple cabbage, organic vegetables from local farmers in the organic network, and fertilized using sustainable waste management methods.

Service schedule are as follows:

  • Teriyaki Sesame Chicken wrap, August and December 2025
    Sri Racha Mayo Chicken wrap, September 2025 and January 2026
  • BBQ Honey Mustard Chicken wrap, October 2025 and February 2026

Available for economy class passengers on all domestic outbound flights and international flights to Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam.
