Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is valid until 31 December 2026.

2. This promotion is valid for a one-time redemption per member. This promotion is only open to tourists not residing or working in Singapore.

3. To enjoy this offer, you must be at least 18 years old and have proof of identification e.g. passport, or any valid government-issued photo identification, together with a proof of Singapore Arrival documentation.

5. Please present your Royal Orchid Plus membership card (either physical or digital one), passport and advise your Sands Lifestyle membership ID at the Sands LifeStyle counters to verify for Sands Lifestyle membership upgrade.

6. Validity Period:

For cardholders who received a 12-month membership upgrade:

Accumulate spending of more than S$50,000 for Elite tier and S$5,000 for Prestige tier with your membership card within the 12 months of membership upgrade to maintain your membership status for another 12 months.

If the spending criteria is not met within the 12 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to Prestige or LifeStyle accordingly based on your spending in the last 12 months, or from the day of membership sign up (whichever is earlier).

For cardholders who received a 3-month membership upgrade:

Accumulate spending of more than S$15,000 for Elite tier and S$1,500 for Prestige tier with your membership card within the first 3 months to maintain your membership status for another 9 months, amounting to 12 months of membership benefits.

If the spending criteria is not met within the first 3 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to Prestige or LifeStyle accordingly based on your spending in the last 3 months, or from the day of membership sign up (whichever is earlier).
