Never miss any contact while traveling with Thai Airways' Wi-Fi service on board. Royal First Class passengers and Royal Orchid Plus Platinum card members enjoy complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the flight.
Royal Orchid Plus Gold members traveling on THAI operated flights on selected routes between 1 – 30 April 2025 will also receive an unlimited Wi-Fi package.
In addition, from May 1, 2025 onwards, all Royal Orchid Plus members will be entitled for a complimentary Wi-Fi package with specific air time as follows.

A Wi-Fi code will be included on the boarding pass upon check-in. Passengers can then log in through the Wi-Fi Portal on board. This complimentary Wi-Fi is available on selected flights aboard aircraft models A350-900, B787-8, B787-9, and B777-300ER.
