Simply turn on the ‘Redeem Miles’ toggle switch, select your travel type — Return, One-Way, or Multi-City — and redeem miles for award tickets on THAI or other Star Alliance airlines.

The redesigned website also allows you to explore flight options based on your available mileage, view the exact number of miles required for each destination and class of service, and even see how many miles you can earn for each itinerary. The new Trip Card feature offers a clearer and more convenient way to manage your upcoming journeys. With streamlined access to services such as online check-in and optional add-ons, your travel experience is now easier than ever to manage.

Enjoy flexibility to manage your miles with enhanced self- service options. You can now give miles to other Royal Orchid Plus members, extend the validity of expiring miles, or purchase tickets with miles. When booking THAI-operated flights, simply select the ‘Cash Plus Miles’ as a payment option — then choose how many miles you would like to apply toward the ticket fare. Only applicable taxes and surcharges need to be paid in cash. You can earn miles on these flights based on eligible booking classes.
